發(fā)黑主要是有兩點:
加速度過慢,會讓激光束在金屬的某一處處于較長時間的停歇,激光束照射在金屬鈑材上某一點的時間過長,就會將金屬鈑材切成焦黑了。如果出現(xiàn)這種情況的話,可以調(diào)整一下激光切割機的切割速度。
氣壓不行,光纖激光切割機在切割時,氣壓將經(jīng)過高溫加熱的金屬熔渣吹走,這樣就形成了切割縫。
如果氣壓過小,熔渣不容易被吹走,吸附在切口表面,形成一層黑色變質(zhì)材料;同時,高氣壓可以一定程度上降低激光束接觸切口的熱量,熱量適中,就不會產(chǎn)生焦黑的現(xiàn)象了。
