三種區(qū)域影響激光功率(過燒區(qū)、無缺陷區(qū)、掛渣區(qū))
1.過燒區(qū):當激光功率過大,造成熱輸入過大,使得工件的熔化范圍大于高壓氣流所能驅除的范圍,熔融金屬未能被氣流吹除而產(chǎn)生過燒。
2.無缺陷區(qū):即激光功率處于合適的范圍,這個時候的切割效果好,稱之為無缺陷區(qū)。
3.掛渣區(qū):當激光功率過小,熱量不足,越靠近下邊緣熔融產(chǎn)物的溫度越低,而粘度越大,因而未能被高壓氣流吹除而滯留在切割面的下緣產(chǎn)生掛渣。嚴重時不能切割形成切口。

2. No defect zone: that is, the laser power is in the appropriate range. At this time, the cutting effect is good, and it is called a no-defect zone.
3. Hanging slag area: When the laser power is too small and the heat is insufficient, the lower the temperature of the molten product near the lower edge, and the greater the viscosity, it can not be blown away by the high-pressure air flow and can not be stuck on the lower edge of the cutting surface to produce hanging slag. Can not cut into incisions in severe cases.
